Cancellation terms
Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your booking. After this, the following charges will apply:
50% of your service price
– if you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment
100% of your service price
– if you do not attend your appointment
Charges will be applied to your booking account and will be taken in person, at your next appointment with us.
Please give us plenty of notice for cancellations or amendements. It makes a huge difference to our team!
